Winter rest<\/h2>\n

During the winter months whilst the tree rests, we carry out winter pruning. We cut unproductive branches and redirect the almond trees towards the optimal use of water and light.

The summer heat allows optimal ripening of the almond. The green almond reaches maturity and the bark separates longitudinally, exposing the shell. We are getting close to starting the harvest.

The ripening of the almond is done on the tree, without haste, looking for the optimum point of development and humidity.
