SUMMARY OF THE COMPANY’S R&D PROJECT
(PROJECT THAT HAS RECEIVED FINANCIAL SUPPORT FROM CDTI THROUGH EUROPEAN UNION ERDF FUNDS: MULTI-REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR SPAIN 2021-2027)
ALMONDO AGROINDUSTRIAL, S.L. is committed to ensuring the production of mycotoxin-free almonds in order to maintain its current market share and access more demanding international markets.
To this end, it has decided to carry out the project entitled:
‘BIOCONTROL OF TOXIGENIC FUNGI IN ALMONDS BASED ON THE CIRCULARITY OF THEIR PRODUCTION’.
The aim of the project is to propose a new combined strategy to prevent the contamination of almonds by mycotoxins in an efficient and environmentally sustainable manner.
Project location
The project will be carried out on the Las Navas farm in Carmona.

Project budget
The total budget accepted by this centre amounts to €467,332.00.
